Pen CS in partnership with Adelaide PHN are holding an educational webinar on ways to assist in maximising your business potential.

We are inviting your practice to register for the upcoming webinars that will take you through practical step-by-step instructions and methods to improve the quality of the data within your practice and explore ways to best utilise your practice data to assist with ongoing activities such as recalls, reminders and accreditation.

Topics include:

  • Where to appropriately record and locate weight, height, waist measurements, smoking, allergies
  • Identify patients with allergy or smoking status not recorded
  • How to appropriately record ethnicity, age, alcohol consumption
  • Using cross tabulation for quality improvement
