About this Event
A great guide is worth their weight in gold!
Many of us book a tour guide when visiting somewhere new. But have you ever considered the value of a tour guide to rediscover your own city or region?
To celebrate International Tourist Guide Day on 21 February 2021, professional guides accredited with the Professional Tour Guide Association of Australia are offering FREE 1 HOUR WALKING TOURS of Melbourne.
Choose from 3 tour itineraries. Each tour offers different perspectives of the waterfront, laneways or significant buildings. Your FREE TOUR GUIDE will bring to life the people, events and places that have contributed to Melbourne's story. See below for an example itinerary, although this may vary according to each guide's expertise and area of interest. You can expect to walk 2km on smooth paths.
