Our program challenges the way women are taught to view themselves and society and raise questions about the often destructive and disempowering inner voices we carry with us. The use of educational materials combined with building physical strength and agility through boxing increases dexterity of thought, and powerful positive self-image, will enable participants to be stronger, fitter, prouder, with a ream of new ideas, a new network of support and respect for others.

You will experience: boxing technique, strength and fitness and a whole lotta fun.
