Free the Trees: Bird and plant survey 6th March
Event Information
About this Event
Before we clear the olives around the old growth grey box gums (Eucalyptus microcarpa), help the Friends of Sturt Gorge survey the birds that are currently using them, and the plants under these trees. These surveys will be repeated after we have removed the olives and planted native species to improve the habitat quality. This project is seeded by Green Adelaide.
Please bring sun protection and a chair, and binoculars if you have them, as we will spend 20 mins surveying each tree.
