As a young woman today, you may be experiencing a range of challenges. There's a lot of pressure with schoolwork, friends and social media to name a few. Sometimes it's really hard to slow down or switch off. In this session you will explore how to use yoga and meditation to create a calm, happy and relaxed lifestyle. You will discover:

· Simple breathing techniques for relaxation.

· Gentle physical exercises/postures to create energy.

· Meditations to calm, clear and focus the mind.

You DON'T need to be flexible or physically fit to do yoga! But it helps to reduce stress, improve sleep & create more energy....so you can do more of the things you love! If you're a young woman who wants to feel calm, confident & strong, this class will teach you a few really cool, simple ways with yoga & meditation.
