Do you feel overwhelmed when your phone alarm goes off in the morning knowing another busy day awaits you? Do you feel like you’re running on empty and are struggling to connect with your inner self? Are you looking to add a sense of wonder, enthusiasm and excitement back into your life?


Greet your Thursday mornings with an hour of slow flow yoga sequencing, meditation, and pranayama with Tadasana Thursdays! Led by the beautiful Kate of @soul_fueled_yoga, you will explore what it is like to start your day in a more self nourishing and mindful way.


Over the hour practice, you will be lovingly guided to reconnect and align with the real YOU that is hidden under all of life’s daily chaos. Learn to fill up your heart chakra (Anahata) by immersing yourself in achievable self care practices that will allow you to discover yourself with a sense of clarity and replenishment. Be inspired to open your heart to yourself and to others by sending out an abundance of metta (loving kindness) to the world. Come with an open mind and heart, and let the individual experience unfold in your mind, body, and spirit. You will feel luminous when you leave.


Use this hour practice to reconnect with your inner warrior so you can approach your day from a place of openness, strength and compassion. You are encouraged to bring a journal, as questions will be asked throughout the practice for you to reflect upon during times of rest, or afterwards at Serotonin Eatery, which is the perfect space to sit, reflect and refuel your body with delicious, nutrient dense food and drinks.


Where? Utopia Place, the beautiful event space next door to Serotonin Eatery, 52 Madden Grove, Burnley, VIC 3121.

When? Thursday mornings from 8am to 9am, starting 12/09/19.

Who? Kate is a yoga teacher, meditation facilitator, and has many years working in women’s health and wellness. Kate practices and teaches pranayama (conscious breathing), stillness through dhyana (meditation) and a slow flow yoga sequences, suitable for all levels of experience and needs.

How? Mats, blocks and straps supplied or BYO. Bring a journal, pen and water bottle.
