Our FREE Serotonin Mums, Bubs and Toddlers classes are designed for Mums to bring the kids along and get a good workout at the same time!!!

Please note, there is 2 options to choose from, in person (limited capacity to 15 person per class, and online event (unlimited spot)

Serotonin Exercise is expanding and we're very excited to welcome our Pilates Instructor from S3_studio Elise onboard!!

Greet your Wednesday mornings with 45min specially designed mum and bubs pilates sessions, you will explore what it is like to start your day in a more self-nourishing and mindful way.

Our Mums, Bubs and Toddlers classes are designed for Mums to bring the kids along and get a good workout at the same time!

Run by our Pilates Instructor Elise, all exercises are specifically designed for what your body needs at your current fitness level. The perfect combination of Strength, Clinical Pilates and Fitness allows you to leave feeling stretched, strengthened and relaxed.

What are the benefits of Pilates and how does it sculpt the body?

Pilates is a complete workout for both the body and mind. It is an exercise system that works on the stabilising muscles to ensure the most optimal posture. There is a keen focus on core (internal stomach muscles and obliques) as well as lengthening the muscles throughout the body. It is performed with and without equipment and is suitable for all ages. You have no idea how much you actually need Pilates until you start.

The health benefits of Pilates include:

improved flexibility

increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal

muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘core muscles’ of your body)

enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs

improved stabilisation of your spine

At Serotonin, we love kids and understand that sometimes kids will be kids, no stress, this class is specifically designed to bring them in and let them express themselves freely :) can run, can scream, space is all yours and theirs for the morning :)

Where? Meet at 9.20am at the front door of Serotonin Eatery, 52 Madden Grove, Burnley, VIC 3121.

When? Every Wednesday mornings from 9.30am to 10.15am, starting 09/06/21.

Who? Elise Graham

How? Bring a mat, towel and a water bottle.

Weekly classes commence on Thursday 9th of June.

About Elise: Elise works at S3 Studio and is based at the Hawksburn (South Yarra) location. She is an experienced and qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor who loves teaching pre and post natal clients. Elise is a mum to a very energetic toddler so understands how busy life as a mum can be and the importance of juggling exercise with kids. Her sessions target the full body with extra attention given to core, pelvic floor and of course those glutes.
