Want to enhance attention, resilience and wellbeing in your classroom?
This 1-hour Professional Development webinar (via Zoom) is an introduction to integrating mindfulness into the classroom.

This PD/PL/ CPD is for Primary/Early Childhood teachers, educators, school leaders and pre-service teachers/educators, Foundation (P/K/PP/R/T) to Year 6. Secondary teachers/educators also welcome. No meditation or mindfulness experience necessary!
You'll:
- learn how to enhance attention, resilience and wellbeing through mindfulness
- learn what the latest research says about mindfulness in primary schools
- learn some of the essentials of teaching an effective mindfulness lesson to primary school students
Prices & Inclusions
There are 2 ticket options:
Free Ticket - you receive digital versions of 5 sample lesson plans, a certificate of attendance, access to the event and session slides.
Premium Ticket - for only $20 you receive digital versions of 10 lesson plans per year level (F-6), 3 printable posters, access to 10 guided meditations from Michael (for your practice), a certificate of attendance, access to the event and session slides.

Inclusions such as lesson plans etc are emailed to you around 3-5 days after the event.
Lesson plans link with the Australian Curriculum. International participants also welcome.
