It is our pleasure to announce our NEW Expanded Group Training Timetable and to celebrate we are inviting you to a FREE OPEN WEEK. Join the crew and experience the amazing fun and culture of On Top Fitness.

We leave all egos in the car park and come together to exercise in a fun and inclusive environment. (There really is nothing like it on the coast). During the open week you can attend all of our sessions completely FREE! Bring your family "including the kids" and don’t forget your friends and your work mates.

Our training facilities are amazing and a refreshing and exciting change. Comfortable, sheltered, kid friendly with all necessary amenities and FREE bottled spring water for clients.

We have a pumping sound system belting out great music designed to energise and motivate you.

Monday 6.30PM is TABATA night: consisting of resistance stations that you complete at your own pace. You will train side by side with mums and dads, kids, fitness enthusiasts, newbees, and our amazing and inspiring crew.

Tuesday 6AM is BOOTCAMP: A fantastic morning workout designed to get the heart rate up. This class is a mixture of weights and cardio, combined to achieve an all over body workout, including strength, cardio, flexibility and overall GRIT.

Wednesday 9.15am is BOOTCAMP: Drop the Kids at school with plenty of time to make it to the session. Designed to get the body and metabolism moving, setting you up for an amazing day. (Toddlers welcome)

Wednesday 6.30PM is BOXFit night: a very popular class where you get to burn alot of calories whilst enjoying a fun and energetic workout. You will also gain some useful self defence skills.

Friday 6PM is FREEStyle"n"FUN: this is where you get a say in what we do. This session focuses primarily on body movement. Bring the whole family and experience the pumping music and fun, social environment.

Saturday 7am is FREEStyle morning: the sessions vary each week, carefully designed so you can complete them at your own pace. Expect lots of fun and energy on Saturdays, the kids can join in or amuse themselves on the trampoline.

We are already attracting large numbers and spaces are filling fast.
