Overview

Defence hits different - so should the support. Peer presented WEBCAST. Suitable for ages 18+.

Join Kevin Humphreys DSC for a live online information session introducing CPODs (Carers and Parents of Defence) and the free programs available for Defence families and supporters.

Kevin is a veteran, helicopter pilot, mental health advocate, and author—bringing real-world insight into what it’s like to support someone through service life and its impacts.

This session is focused on what’s on offer, including FREE Mental Health First Aid and our Immersion Program—practical, supportive options designed to help you build confidence, stay well, and feel more equipped as a carer, parent, or supporter of a current or ex-serving Defence member.

Not sure if you qualify? Come along anyway.

You don’t need to be a registered carer to attend or benefit.

If you’re walking alongside someone in the Defence community, this is for you. Click the link to register.

Feedback from our program participants:

“I honestly feel it was more helpful and educational than all other Carer's "retreats"/programs.”
"This course was outstanding. Highly recommend the CPOD Immersion Program. Particularly if you're the parent of a Defence member. The space was safe and non-judgemental."
