Free Meditation Evening

Adelaide | CPD 1.5 hours

Do you want to feel peaceful, calm and rejuvenated?

Liana holds regular free meditation sessions both for people to come and try and for experienced practitioners and course graduates to re-connect with the meditation practices they have learnt, remind themselves of how beautiful the experience of meditation is and to learn new meditations.
Suitable for complete beginners to very experienced meditators, you will be led through several different kinds of meditation. Liana has an exquisite understanding of all the different types of meditations and which are more useful for dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, tiredness and pain.

Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring warmer clothing as people tend to get cold when meditating.
If you are late for any reason please just come in and join us.
