Jess is a teacher of Vedic meditation, an effortless and beautifully profound technique that is derived from the Veda, the 5000 year old body of wisdom and source of yoga and Ayurvedic medicine.

In a 4 day course (1-2 hours each day) Jess can teach how to dive beyond thought and experience inner wakefulness and contentment. During these deep levels of rest (deeper than sleep) the physiology is able to remove the unwanted layers of stress that inhibit our health, cloud our mind and deplete our energy. The process itself is so simple, yet the outcome is profound. We start to live life as our true selves – accepting, loving and adapting. We are happier and healthier, experiencing life in its fullest and most beautiful.

Jess dedicates her time to helping people learn about Vedic meditation, making herself available to all those who wish to learn this ancient technique of self-transformation.
