Ageing Well for Life Seminar

You're never too young to start thinking about a sensible ageing well plan — waiting until your 60s and thinking, 'I don't want to get dementia, I'd better look at my risk factors' isn't a great option — there is so much we can all do to age well. Start by attending NeuRA's Ageing Well for Life Seminar at the Mingara Recreation Club this October.

What you will learn
Learn how to reduce your risk of dementia. Find out why strength and balance exercises are so important as we age and find out the top tips for how to reduce your risk of falls. We will also share advice on how to keep safer on the road for longer as we grow older.
