Fermented food is good for your gut and your health. Come along and learn about the different fermented products you can make at home. Learn about: a.     Vegies:  kimchee, sauerkraut, beets, radish. b.     Dairy: Hard Cheese, Soft cheese, Yoghurt. c.     Probiotic Drinks:  Kefir, Kombucha, Ciders. d.     Beans:  Tofu, Tempeh.
