About this Event

Getting back to school in 2021 is going to be tough on a lot of kids.

Starting a new year is hard.

This seminar is to help kids aged 7 - 12 gain some confidence before being back in the school yard.

What we'll be covering:

- poise and distancing

- how to use your words before your fists

- how to have the confidence to walk away from bullies

- some basic, age appropriate, self defence.

This is a free event, all are welcome.

Turnbull Academy students, please don't register for this, it is an introduction for kids who could use a bit of confidence (you do all this in your classes).

Numbers are strictly limited, participants must register (if you're not sure, please don't register until you are and take a place that won't be used).
