Would you like to learn how you can feel relaxed, nourished and confident as a new mama?

This workshop is perfect for you if you're expecting and you'd like to have the most peaceful and loving first few months with your new baby. The workshop is equally great for first time, or experienced parents.

Birth isn't just about making babies, it's about making mamas too!

Your journey through pregnancy and birth is such a special time, but often we are so focused on these big events, that we forget to think about life afterwards, the transition into new motherhood!​

After the birth of my first child, I felt completely overwhelmed. I had breastfeeding challenges and a very unsettled baby. I lacked confidence in my own abilities as a new mama and I ended up suffering from post-natal depression. It wasn’t until I realised how important it was to be nourished, relaxed and cared for as a new mama, that I began to feel confident, and find my feet in my new role.

I also found new challenges surfaced each time I became a ‘new mother’ again. Learning to juggle the needs of 2 and then 3 little people wasn’t easy, and each new baby brought another transition period, with different needs, both for myself and my family.

I've learnt a lot since then, and now I specialise in caring for new mamas, just like you, to help them feel cared for, nourished and confident in new mamahood.

A lot of new mamas I speak to tell me they feel:

  • overwhelmed by all of the conflicting advice they receive on new motherhood

  • stressed because they don't have the support they need

  • pressure to get back into 'normal' life soon after having a baby

  • lonely and disconnected, without connections with other mamas

In this workshop I will share with you:

  • What you can do to feel calm, loved and nourished as a new mama

  • How to avoid feeling stressed, overwhelmed and fatigued after your baby is born

  • The importance of the 'fourth trimester' and how being looked after will benefit the wellbeing of your whole family

  • How you can connect with your intuition, bond with your baby and be the mama you want to be with confidence
