The half-day Retreat incorporates a range of restorative activities, allowing you to tune-in, de-stress and replenish physically and emotionally in the ways that support your beliefs and values. Esther, Nathalie and Paula will help guide and support you on your journey with their valuable knowledge and skills. The half-day retreat entails a mindfulness workshop, guided meditation & yoga class, Qi Gong exercises and aromatherapy. There will be opportunities for reflection, discussion, and exploring your inner self and what's important for you.

Paula Meadmore is a professional holistic yoga teacher with 20 years’ experience. Paula‘s professional knowledge will guide you through your yoga practice with great kindness and support. Paula’s philosophy is: “To be kind and gentle to yourself. “
Pure Yoga brings great benefits to your Mind, Body & Soul allowing you to feel calm, balance, peaceful and revitalised.

Nathalie is an experienced natural health practitioner, meditation instructor, hypnotherapist, baby massage therapist and 'yoga baby massage' instructor.
Nathalie specialises in natural lifestyle solutions that are easy to implement to support your wellbeing physically and emotionally, including meditation, aromatherapy, diet, probiotics, water purity, personal care and beauty. Nathalie owns and runs the NPowerYourLife; NPowerYourMind; and Baby D'Amour practices located in the Willow Vale sanctuary on the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland.
Nathalie’s mission is to help others find their true power. Nathalie shares a diverse range of gentle and natural tools, techniques and products that can assist in taking control of your physical and emotional health and create long term 'wealth'.
