Description

The masters of Aussie gin have teamed up with the Stirling Hotel to bring the hugely sucessful Four Pillars gin pig dinner to the Adelaide Hills for one night only. A four course nose-to-tail menu using Yarra Valley botanical fed Berkshire Pork, matched with gin cocktails curated by world-class Creative Director of Gin Drinks James Irvine. The evening will be hosted by Four Pillars Founders Stu Gregor and Cam Mackenzie (Distiller). Tickets are limited, don't miss this one and only dining experience.


FIRST - Pork shoulder croquette, lemon myrtle mayo, pepper berry dust, watercress, quandong.

SECOND - Pork + prawn dumplings, fermented plums, lime, mandarin, ginger.

THIRD - Pork Saddle, Szechuan pepper glaze, hills bitter orange, compressed apple, clove + sweet potato pureé, muntries.

FOURTH - Bitter chocolate + red currant torte, vanilla poached pear, dehydrated shiraz grapes.
