YOGA LOVERS & YOGA BEGINNERS – we have a transformational course for you!
Experienced practitioner & instructor Susan will be hosting this Foundations of Yoga: 6 Week Course, that has been designed to teach you the fundamentals of the yogic system so you can live a life of stability & ease.
Here in the West, Yoga is often a short, physical practice that focuses on strength, balance and flexibility.
Whilst Yoga certainly has a physical component that offers benefits to the body, it was traditionally designed to be a lifestyle that brought one into greater peace, alignment and harmony within oneself.
Learn how to make Yoga a lifestyle so that you can experience greater contentment in your life.
No prior experience in yoga is required. This course is for all ages and body sizes & abilities.
Each week you will;
1) Connect to the breath and release your body with gentle movements
2) Learn about & discuss Yoga philosophy
3) Practice Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asana (Hatha Yoga) & Meditation
Learn 5 practical meditation & breathing techniques that can help you release tension and create more relaxation inside of yourself.
This is the Yoga you take away from your mat and into your life.
