Event description

Description

The role of an early childhood educator is critical to children’s success in learning. This series of practice-based workshops will support foundational understandings of key elements, expectations and responsibilities of working in early childhood.

These intensive sessions are scheduled after hours to support rostering and will be practical and grounded, ditching the smoke and mirrors and focusing only on the most important foundational perspectives: the National Quality Standards, the Early Years Learning Framework and the Law and Regulations.

These workshops will be facilitated by qualified Early Childhood Teachers who currently work with Early Childhood Centres and have had extensive experience in a wide range of early childhood roles.

Perfect for:

  • New educators
  • Educators returning to the sector
  • Embedding and complementing existing induction processes
