Foundational Residential Tenancies Training

Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) and Q Shelter are pleased to advise this training is back in 2026!

This interactive session provides an overview of the responsibilities of tenancy managers and tenants in residential tenancies.

Participants will learn about key components of the Residential Tenancies Rooming and Accommodation Act 2008, with opportunities to discuss specific issues encountered by support workers, tenancy managers and tenants of community housing.

This training is suited for support workers and tenancy managers.

If you attended this training in 2025 it is very similar, with some updated information and slides. There will be an advanced session later in 2026
