The weights room can be a daunting place. There is a lot of different equipment, people doing different exercises and often in very different ways. So, how do you know what are the best exercises to do? Well it depends on a lot of different variables but there is no better place to start than with 2 of the most commonly used (but often incorrectly) exercises – the squat and the deadlift. These 2 exercises are near essential in achieving results in the weights room – whether its strength gains, weight loss or physique. These are two movements that you want to be intimate with!

Both have many variations, grip options, feet positioning and if not performed correctly can cause serious stress and even injury so it’s best to learn these movements under direct supervision from a professional.

This 90-min seminar will break down the movements 1 by 1 and have you performing both like a pro in no time, giving you the confidence to hit weights room and get real results!
