FOSTER CARE INFORMATION SESSION

Have you ever thought about fostering a child?

Across South Australia, we are recruiting full-time, weekend and emergency foster carers to share their home, heart and time with a child.

Please join us for a free information session to find out what's involved in becoming a foster carer.

We will cover the different types of care, the application and assessment process, the roles and responsibilities of being a foster carer and the support you will receive from Life Without Barriers. You will also hear first-hand about the foster care journey from one of our local carers.

You can be single, married, a same-sex couple or retirees - with or without children of your own.

Experience working in the disability, health or education sectors is desirable, but not essential. Our foster carers receive full training, 24/7 support and a tax-free reimbursement to cover the cost of providing care.

Tea, coffee & light refreshments will be provided.
