Description

You want to take a challenge in Fornite battle? Come join our autumn holidays competition fun. The winners take the prize

Cumberland Council's school holiday youth programs are for young people aged between 12 to 18 who reside in the Cumberland local government area. Proof of residence maybe required

Do you love gaming? Do you want to compete in challenge? Then Fornite Battle is for you. Bring your competitive spirit and play with other likeminded gamers. Connect with other young people in Cumberland.

Ages: 12 to 18 years

When: Friday 26 April 2019 from 11:30 am to 3 pm

  • This activity is open to residents who reside in the Cumberland LGA only, proof of residency may be required.
  • Bookings and permissions are required when reserving your sport through Eventbrite
  • Light snacks and water will be provided on the day.

1. Is there parking onsite?

Yes there is parking on site

2. What do I have to bring with me?

Some activities require a completed and signed waiver form that will be indicated on the description of the event. Please note if waiver is required, failure to send it will result your child not accepted to participate in the activity.

3. Am I required to remain onsite while the session takes place?

No our staff will be available at all times during the activity times. However you must pick-up your children on-time when the activity finishes.

4. What if my child is sick on the day or an unexpected event comes up and we can no longer attend?

5. Is there a phone number I can call if I can't find the venue?

The locations of the activities are not hard to locate, on the map embedded on the event clearly shows the location. However you can call 8757900 to be directed

6. Are your programs/activities accessible? Can a young person with a disability take part in any activities?

Council tries to ensure the majority of the activities and programs held are accessible and inclusive, however some of these may not be deemed accessible due to type of activity. It is recommended before you book, to contact Councils Youth Participation Team on 8757 9000 to check whether the activities will be suitable for your needs. Please note all young people with a disability should be accompanied by a carer over 18 years old.

7. What is the process for wet weather? How will I know if the event is going ahead or not?

The final decision as to whether or not the event will proceed will be up to Cumberland Council We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible to families via the telephone and social media channels.
