You are invited to the Guide to using the QITC General Contract Conditions session which is part of the Forming ICT Contracts whole-of-government program.

All government legal, procurement and ICT staff who want to know more about the current trends in ICT contracts are encouraged to attend. This session will be facilitated by Adam Hall (Principal Lawyer) from Crown Law.


This session will cover the following topics:

  • Recommended circumstances for use of the QITC General Contract Conditions

  • ICT Products and Services governed by the QITC General Contract Conditions

  • Overview of the QITC General Contract Conditions, including identification of legal issues which are not covered by the standard terms

  • Overview of scope of Additional Provisions which may be included in addition to the standard terms

  • Overview of the key variables for completion in the General Contract Details


There will be time for questions and discussion throughout the session.
