Event description

Description

Try something very unique this Valentine's Day!

Wander through the lush and refreshing forests of the Dandenong Ranges to experience the healing power of "Forest Bathing" a Japanese inspired wellness practice to help you connect with nature and with each other.

Four reasons to embrace this unique experience:

You will re-ignite your love affair with the amazing, healing forests and waters of our beautiful world.

You (and your partner) will get up close and personal with the many plants, flowers and maybe even animals of the forest.

You will connect deeper to yourself and your partner through sensory invitations.

You may discover new sensations, hidden messages and new ways to communicate.

What is special about a Forest Bathing walk?

I have chosen a very special place in these forests to rejuvenate and immerse in nature. I will then guide you through sensory invitations to help disconnect from the fast pace of life, technology and noise. Throughout the three hours, you will begin to slow down, feel good, feel better, refreshed and invigorated. You will discover new sensations, intuition and learn how to communicate at a deeper level.

Japanese Tea Ceremony

Enjoy a complimentary Japanese tea ceremony and picnic lunch (including chocolate) at the end of the three-hour forest bathing experience.

I look forward being your guide and host for the day!
