The Presenter: Lorri Loca is a professional food consultant with over 20 years experience in the food industry. Her experience spans all aspects of the industry including retail, restaurants, and event management and catering. She regularly provides consulting advice to leading chefs and restaurants, and has been pivotal in the start up of numerous food businesses throughout Australia.
