About Megann Evans

Megann Evans is a dedicated food, drinks and lifestyle photographer based in the Hunter Region.

Megann always felt food styling and photography was her calling but never found the right time to pursue this passion as a career amongst the pressures of work and family life. She found comfort in cooking and being behind the lens... which then led to (her) creating a hobby food blog called "Megann's Kitchen".

The final "push" into her starting her own business came when she was heartbroken after losing a friend to cancer. Realising that life was too short to let dreams pass her by, the next day Megann resigned from her position in retail and took her side hustle... full-time.

Megann has worked for local restaurants like Nagisa, Signal Box and Muse Kitchen. Megan has also worked for Merewether Surfhouse, Doughheads and Peaberrys Coffee Roasters.
