Join us for an evening of wine and canapes in the newly designed Grounds Bakery as our Group Executive Chef, Paul McGrath leads a masterclass on traditional dishes. Paul will be sharing his top tips and knowledge to help you prepare a beautiful feast for your guests this Christmas.
A master in creating beautifully plated dishes from fresh, wholesome produce, Paul will demonstrate his recipes for a traditional Christmas feast of Glazed Ham and Stuffed Turkey, sharing his tips in creating exceptional flavour combinations, professional techniques, recommendations and beautiful plating.
To finish, Paul will share his secret for a modern, fuss-free finish to your Christmas feast, demonstrating how to bring a dessert grazer to life with five bite sized recipes.
