Food South Australia Summit

The annual Food South Australia Summit, which is recognised by governments, food industry leaders, food growers, food producers, food retailers and food eaters as the conference for the State’s food industry and is well placed to provide access to important leaders and networks
New Directions will examine consumer attitudes and behaviour and the latest trends and innovations in food, and the South Australian food industry will come together to explore emerging challenges and opportunities to meet future eating habits and choices.
An invigorating lineup of speakers, headed by one of Australia’s leading business and financial commentators speaker Peter Switzer, will provide the insights and information on the latest trends and strategies for the food industry.
In previous years, speakers have included Dr Kjeld Van Bommel, 3D food printing and Netherlands research scientist; Bernard Salt, demographic trends commentator; Maurice Crotti, Managing Director, San Remo; Joel Salatin, Director Polyface; Professor Goran Roos, world leader in business model innovation in manufacturing and various leading food industry specialists.
It attracts approximately 200 people each year, with numbers and interest increasing, and the format for the event encourages networking and the exchange of ideas and information.
