Let Sue show you how to set up your 'wellness kitchen' from pantry to utensil drawer, as well as discussing how, with just a few small tweaks in your cooking approach, you can reduce the formation of toxic chemicals in your meals.
Sue will demonstrate recipes from the book which all guests will get to try and answer any questions you have on techniques for healthier meals. The event will conclude with a book signing and will include light refreshments.
