This series of one-hour recordings of 6x live webinars was hosted by the Food & Mood Academy’s experts in 2023. You can now get on-demand access to this fun and interactive event exploring the impact of food, diet and nutrition on mental health.

WHO WILL YOU LEARN WITH?

Dr Tetyana Rocks is an accredited practicing dietitian with extensive experience educating individuals to improve gut health. Dr Rocks is the director of the Food & Mood Academy, the education hub for the world-leading Food & Mood Centre, Deakin University.

Megan Pilon is a registered provisional psychologist experienced in behaviour change, and an associate research fellow with the Food & Mood Centre.

Feat. Professor Felice Jacka OAM, Director of the Food & Mood Centre and an internationally recognised global leader in the field of Nutritional Psychiatry.
