Are you a food producer or an agribusiness which is growing and interested in expanding into interstate markets?
The Department of State Growth is running an interactive workshop aimed at small and medium sized food producers and agribusinesses wanting to understand the critical success factors in expanding interstate.
During this Market Growth workshop you will learn about:
- Market definition and competitive analysis
- Differentiated Brand and Product Positioning
- Prioritisation of channels and customers
- Market Entry Strategies
- Value Chain and pricing principles
- Pitch perfect – engaging the customer
- local business examples – providing inspiration and practical experience.
Morning tea and lunch are included.
Registrations begin at 8.30am for a prompt 9.00am start
Following this workshop will an information session on government services, this will start at 2.10 pm and conclude at 3.10 pm. You are welcome to attend and registration is not required.
