This course suits the food enthusiast who loves to wow everyone with their amazing cakes or an industry professional looking to hone in on your technique. Everybody who attends will gain a deeper understanding and knowledge of using chocolate ganache with cake and fondant.

Techniques Learned in This Class

  • Set-up a round cake with chocolate ganache
  • How to cover a round cake with Fondant
  • Manipulate fondant into sheets, ribbons and bows by hand
  • Learn how to colour and handle fondant
  • Take home notes on the class with recipes and step-by-step process so you can create it again.
  • A finished take home cake to take to your next Christmas party!

This fun day is filled with skills, knowledge, tips and tricks of the trade to help you improve your technique in working with these products… and with a Christmas theme just in time for the season’s festivities.
