This is a 3 hour workshop to help you understand the psychology of staying focused, what gets in the way, how to manage your attention span, how to remain resilient and on task and how to manage stress. It is an interactive workshop where you will get to share your story and learn how to build on your strengths. You will learn strategies to fit your style and personality and that you could use immediately.
