Event description

Description

Fermented drinks are all the go, as they provide wonderful support for the gut and digestion. Switzel, also known as Shrub, is an age old drink that’s super easy to make and can be created from a variety of fruit flavours you’ll have in your home orchard or herb garden, (and sometimes your flower garden too.)

Gather to learn how to make a seasonal switzel that is delicious and surprisingly good for you too.

Morning tea included. Enjoy the surrounds of our Sustainability Centre in Carindale.

This workshop is supported by the Brisbane City Council Community Garden Grant.
