Once again the team at Sirocco bring their popular Flights and Flavours event to the table.
Showcasing local produce, with each of the three courses paired with two flights of premium Australian wine from Harewood Estate.
Even by Australian standards, the Great Southern is vast, indeed one of the largest and most isolated wine regions in the world. It is the playground of winemaker James Kellie where he has a clear vision to create wines that showcase the diversity and capacity of the region.
