In this 1-hour webinar session, CER Employment Relations Specialists Brooke Scarfe and Emma Howden will look at the technicalities around the right to request – who can request, what can be requested, time limits for responding to a request etc – and the process to be followed when a request is made.
"The right to request flexible work arrangements is enshrined in the Fair Work Act and our Enterprise Agreements. Some staff incorrectly think it is a right to work flexibly in an arrangement of their choosing and managing this expectation can be difficult."
