Come and join the team of physiotherapists at Flex for the second workshop in our injury prevention for runners series.

This workshop will focus on mobility and flexibility, another important aspect runners often neglect to incorporate into their programmes. We will address how you can target your flexibility/mobility program to get the best out of your running and decrease your risk of niggles and injury.

This workshop will showcase some of our favourite stretches and foam roller and spikey ball release techniques specific to runners.

This is a practical workshop so wear your activewear/exercise gear so you can get moving!
Changing facilities are available onsite.


Cost: $20 (payable with card or cash on the night)
