Flavours of Auburn Cooking Class: Afghani Cuisine Friday 24 March
Share an evening learning to cook with our community and experience culture and cuisine from Afghanistan. Learn and help with the preparation of delicious Afghan dishes.
Entrée – Mantu (lamb dumplings) served with qeema (dahl)
Main – Qabuli pilau (jewelled lamb rice) served with salad
Dessert – Pink chai tea
This event is part of Flavours of Auburn and is hosted by the Auburn Small Community Organisation Network, an organisation that supports small and emerging communities in Cumberland Council.
