Are you tired? How long have you been tired? When was the last time you felt great? In this workshop naturopath and author Katherine Maslen will help you understand why fatigue happens and what you can do about it.

Insomnia and poor quality sleep obviously is a major factor in fatigue and you’ll learn why and how to fix it. But fatigue can go way beyond a lack of sleep - it can be due to nutritional deficiencies, immune factors, hormones and much much more.
