Can children attend?
Babes in arms are welcome. Toddlers will probably be in bed but if they are night owls, they are welcome to attend.
What is the money raised on the night used for?
Friends of the Birth Centre provides items such as nice linen, recliners, lamps, pictures, parent library and much more at the RBWH Birth Centre. Queensland Health does not provide these items that make the Birth Centre feel like a home away from home which is where FBC steps in. We also provide information evenings (such as this one) and morning teas to support Birth Centre families in their parenting journey.
