Description
This weekly outdoor fitness program will be low impact exercise workshop with a focus on body weight training using minimal or low weight equipment. The main aims of the program are to improve muscular strength, muscular endurance and improve cardio vascular endurance and general fitness and well-being.
Weekly on Tuesdays during school terms. Excludes public holidays.
