5 F.I.T BOOTCAMPS SESSIONS STARTING NOVEMBER 25TH
These fun and interactive group class sessions are design to get your heart pumping while simultaneously improving your functional movement capacity and awareness.
This is about increasing your movement ability and just getting involved and just having a go.
Wednesday afternoons at the Sportsgrounds
Saturday mornings at Low Level Reserve.
