FiSCH Mum Make-up and Self-care Session (CD)

This workshop is part of the City of Burnside's FISCH program, Family Initiative Supporting Children's Health.

Bookings are essential.

In this hands-on session, you’ll learn gentle baby massage techniques designed to relax your little one and support their overall well-being. We'll also explore what self-care truly means for you as a mum and discover simple, practical ways to incorporate it into your daily or weekly routine.

As a special treat, you’ll receive a facial mask and makeup product to learn a quick, 5-minute makeup routine—perfect for helping you feel refreshed and ready to take on the day.

• Please bring a baby mat and a towel to lay your baby on for the massage. Bring a cushion for yourself if you need, as we will be spending some time on the floor.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with other mums in your community while taking some well-deserved time for yourself.

Ticket Price: $5 (includes all activities, materials, a take home pack, lunch)
