A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night (MA) In the Iranian ghost-town Bad City, a place that reeks of death and loneliness, the townspeople are unaware they are being stalked by a lonesome vampire.

The second in our monthly series of foreign language films, this 2014, Persian-language vampire western was directed by Ana Lily Amirpour and released to critical acclaim. The film will be screened in Persian with English subtitles.

Thursday 5th April

Mustang (M) Early summer in a village in Northern Turkey, five free-spirited teenaged sisters splash about on the beach with their male classmates. Though their games are merely innocent fun, a neighbour passes by and reports what she considers illicit behaviour to the girls' family.
