Description

Hi there,

Thank you for checking this out! So you are probably wondering what this presentation is about. Well, let me tell you:

My name is Birgit but most people call me Birdy. I'm a clinical psychologist, life coach and accredited dog trainer who is passionate about improving people's wellbeing. This 1,5h presentation is a great opportunity, if you want to learn more about early warning signs about compassion fatigue and burn out prevention in the animal industry. It doesn’t matter whether you are a dog trainer, a veterinarian, working for an animal welfare agency, working in a zoo or you are a volunteer. Unfortunately, the people who work or volunteer in the animal industry are very prone to compassion fatigue and burn out, which increases their risk of acquiring a mental health illness. Paws In Life is here to coach people how to deal with such challenging moments, and how to find fulfilment and joy in their job in the long run.

The presentation “First Aid Strategies For Compassion Fatigue” gives you an overlook over this topic, teaches you to look out for the early warning signs and will show you practical examples and tools how to look after yourself.

This is a free event, so please share with your coworkers and friends. To secure a spot, you must obtain a ticket, which is at no cost.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Also, don't forget to check Paws In Life Coaching out:

Hope to see you there and have a great day,

Birdy
