The inaugural FIRN PhD symposium to be held in Brisbane at the UQ CBD campus, at 293 Queen Street, Brisbane on Tuesday 13th November from 9am to 4pm. The symposium will consist of two concurrent streams and there will be a chance for all attendees to network during the breaks and lunch. It is expected that participants, in particular PhD students presenting, will be present for the entire day and actively participate in proceedings. Each PhD student presentation will be followed by a discussant that is a senior academic. This event is is free for PhD students and academics from FIRN institutions.
