Event description
Have you wondered how the bush is recovering after the fires of 2019? Come along to this guided walk with Nana Glen Landcare and find out!

About this event

In this session we will explore the impact of the 2019 bushfires on our local bushland. We will discover how the bush was impacted by the fires and how it is coming back! With the expert guidance of Nana Glen Landcare we will learn about the different plants and animals at this site and how the local community have got together to lend them a hand.

Site access:- Turn onto Ellems Quarry Road to a gate on the right about 200m down. There is a gravel parking area through the gate on the right. There is an electricity easement there so it is always clear for vehicle access.

Please remember to adhere to CO-VID19 regulations and social distancing when partaking in a Coffs By Nature tour. If you do register for a ticket and are not feeling well on the day of the tour, please consider your community by informing our guide and by not attending.

When attending our tours, your CBN guide will provide hand sanitizer and will ensure social distancing measures are being followed.
