Event description

Description

Award-winning Australian author Fiona Lowe’s latest novel beautifully captures the grief caused by bushfires, as well as the hope and sense of community that rises from the ashes. When a lethal bushfire tears through Myrtle in the breathtaking Otway Ranges, the town’s buildings and the lives of the residents are left as smouldering ash. Join Fiona as she examines themes from her novel such as women supporting women, developing emotional strength in rural communities and the role of community in healing.
